Breathable film is a thin functional film which allows air but not liquid to pass through fine pores on the film surface.
The breathable film is produced through a manufacturing process which produces compounds by mulling polyethylene and the filler, CaCO3 and presses it through the film extruder (T-dies).


< Application >

The breathable film with superior waterproof and ventilating functions is widely used for sanitary goods (diapers, sanitary pads for women).
Ventilating function prevents skin rashes by discharging moisture contained in diapers or sanitary pads.
It is also used as PGF (Painted Guard Film), protecting the outer fabric of disposable cloth or car paint protection film using the superior property and touch of film.
