VCI POWDER


< Description >

VCI powder has an anti-corrosion function of metal. It offers a protection of metal in the deep inside, hole, and crevice of metal container. Single molecular layer of vaporized particles are formed on metal surface in the sealed space and it protects rust by cut off reaction with metal ion and oxygen. It can be also easily used in dry method and wet method because it has continuously function of anti-corrosion in the moisture.

VCI LIQUID


VCI LIQUID LF D-101 is high performance liquid type¡¯s volatile corrosion inhibitor.
It has the excellent anti-rust ability not only for contact surface but also non contact surface by volatile performance.
It can be applied to 0.1% concentration (No rust for contact surface during 1 month by lab test - Cold rolled steel, Tap water dilution). Also it has additional anti-bacteria ability, lubricant ability and clean ability. So it can be used for various purposes.

VCI LIQUID LF D-101 is for ferrous metal, can apply to short term anti-rust, anti-rust by closed condition, hydro test, anti-rust for water soluble cutting oil, anti-bacteria additive, field for difficult to apply anti-rust oil or grease, additive for water soluble cleaning oil.

VCI LIQUID LM S-100 is high performance liquid type¡¯s volatile corrosion inhibitor.
It has the excellent anti-rust ability not only for contact surface but also non contact surface by volatile performance.
It can apply to short term anti-rust for difficult to apply anti-rust oil or grease, etc. Also, it can apply to anti rust assistant agent in closed condition.

VCI LIQUID LM D-200 is high performance liquid type¡¯s volatile corrosion inhibitor.
It is applied to carton box and kraft paper to make the anti rust carton box and VCI paper.





VCI RESIN


< Description >

VCI resin as a type of mater batch (M/B) is raw material to produce VCI film, and which is made from mixing and extrusion of LDPE (or LLDPE) resin mixed with constant ratio of VCI resin.
